Easy to find and convenient for overnight stay with good restaurants nearby
Breakfast was not replenished very regularly nor were the tabkes cleaned after guests had left. Floor was covered in spilt cereal and was left for over half an hour
The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The room very quiet and the bed very comfy.
The TV reception kept going off and on so you couldn't always watch TV. We weren't in the room that much so it wasnt that big of a deal.
Common area clean, modern and inviting. room was clean with nice accommodation. bed was very comfortable
My only complaint was the coffee. The machine serving coffee at breakfast either was not working properly or the coffee was just horrible to begin with.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.
I thought we did not have water, so I did not take a shower that morning! Upon checkout the front desk informed me that I should have pulled out on the handle before turning. I have stayed at several hotels and have never had this issue before.
We are staying at a Wyndham in Virginia beach this week The la Quinta was so much better than what we are staying in
Congested at breakfast due to only 1 waffle maker working
I think people with pets should be kept on one side of a wing or a different floor. My sleep was interrupted because of a barking dog!
Bed and pillows were great, and the shower was excellent.
Two big stains in our room, one on the bed frame and one on the carpet, plus the toilet seat was not securely attached
There was food in the refrigerator from a previous guest. Of the normal toiletries there was only soap. We didn't need more so we didn't request more.
Enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, the free popcorn, free Wifi and breakfast was good. Pool was nice and clean but had security issues.
When booking the hotel on Booked.net I requested two rooms that were attached with inner door since i had a large party. Both rooms were to have two queen beds. Immediately after booking I called the hotel and spoke to a gentleman who confirmed that they do have rooms like that and it wouldn't be a problem. Upon arrival the day of check in i was given two rooms that were across the hall from each other and not connected. I was then told that the only way to get them connected was to have one of the rooms with a King bed which wouldn't work. The room description stated that there was a sofa in it and there wasn't. I guess the word Suite got me confused, these rooms although very clean and comfortable were not suites (like Embassy or Marriott) and next time i come in town with I'll have to go elsewhere because they were not big enough for my team. (12u Softball team). There were also not enough towels at the pool and i didn't like the fact that the pool allowed people that weren't guest access to the pool. (A family that clearly wasn't guest just pulled into the parking lot came through the gate that accesses the parking lot, used the pool and then left the same way back out to their car and left the premises.) Not a safe feeling.
The front desk clerk Princess was extremely nice. She greeted me such a beautiful smile and a pleasant personality.
The breakfast was not good.
Internet was down and I had work to do. Took hours to get addressed, staff didn't think there was a problem and gave me technical assistance line. They actually had to have hotel rebooted.
Bath tub floor was dirty (I was very surprised due to the cleanliness of the room and the hotel inside and out). The bathroom was very small and sink location odd.
The location was the most I liked.
The breakfast was horrible. Not enough was available and the selection was poor. The breakfast area was messy. The kitchen staff was extremely noisy. Singing loud and talking loud while guests was in the eating area.
Management was very helpful and accommodating.
Internet kept going down and TV service.
All the staff were so nice to help in any way to make the stay enjoyable
